Last summer, two whisky geeks, meself and Tom from The Spirit Receiver, went to Speyside with a mission : to gather whisky knowledge from the inside, from the people who produced it. We visited 40 distilleries and had interviews with 8 distillery managers or people who are involved in the production of whisky.
